Oh, so good, even though it’s not good for me.

I don’t allow myself the pleasure often, but when I do, it’s heavenly.

As silly as it may be,

I’m thankful for

Chips, Queso, and Diet Coke.

    My husband has to hide the queso from me when it comes in the house or the whole thing will disappear. Not a fan of diet coke, but I definitely get cravings for regular coke and chips/dip every once in a while. The last time I bought a three pack of it he hid the other two where I couldn’t reach them or see them. I pestered him for hours till he gave in and got me a jar out. Smart man, he might have ended up hurt (or covered in ice water) if he held out any longer.

    Parmesan cheese mixed with balsamic vinegar with a splash of olive oil. Put a lot of cheese so it’s sort of a paste. Then dip whole wheat cheez its in it. The whole wheatness counteracts the bazillion calories of all that parmesan cheese.

    Two things: 1) You should come to Texas and enjoy some REAL queso 2) If you’re going to indulge, you should break up with Diet Coke.

    My indulgence: ice cream (especially in 100 degree heat)!
